Commission Meetings

10 a.m.

  • First and third Tuesday of each month. When a holiday falls on a Monday, the meeting will take place on Wednesday that week. (Meeting dates and locations may be subject to change)

As your Commissioner, I am your voice in Nye County. My chief job is to represent your needs and concerns. Many people in Nye County feel that don’t have a voice, but I am here to change that.

Additionally, we handle all the day-to-day business in Nye County. I serve on the following committees to serve your needs:

  • Board of Highway Commissioners, vice-chair

  • Regional Transportation Commission, vice-chair

  • Nevada Association of Counties, board member

  • Tri-Party Working Group (Southern Nye), representative

  • Southern Nevada Workforce Investment Board (SNWIB), representative 

  • Pahrump Nuclear Waste and Environmental Advisory Committee, liaison 

  • SWCREDA, liaison
